I'm Ben Crook, founder of AI Applied. I've spent the last couple of years working with AI day to day, and I stay hands-on with every client, from the first discovery chat through to building the tools and keeping them running. I started AI Applied for the owners who back themselves, the ones with the least spare time to keep up with how fast AI moves, because they're exactly who should be getting the most out of it.

To help small businesses thrive in the AI era.
AI shouldn't only pay off for the big end of town. The same tools reshaping large companies can do just as much for a small team or a solo operator, and every small business deserves that edge. My job is to make practical AI genuinely accessible to them, built to the same standard the big players get, without the cost or the complexity.
Based in Perth
I'm based in Perth and work with small businesses across Australia. Most of what I do is remote, so location is never a barrier. But if you're local, I'm always happy to meet over a coffee and talk through what you need.
