No. We work with what you already use. The aim is to sit AI alongside your current POS, booking system and delivery apps and take the repetitive work off them, not to make you rip anything out and start again.

Very little once it is set up. We do the building and the wiring, and we keep what you have to learn and maintain to a minimum. The whole point is to give you time back, so we work around your busy periods, not in the middle of them.

Yes. We tune it to your venue and your tone, and you sign off on how it sounds before anything goes live. You stay in control, and anything important still reaches a real person.
